"...a deep moaning entered the air..."
An involutary expletive also entered the air, but it was from my voice not from the written book. This was quickly followed by another vocal call "Run, just run".
I found myself actually talking to the two characters 'Scott' and 'Terri' -who had babe in arms- as I knew what was coming. I wanted them to RUN. I was actually beginning to feel scared with that tense heavy stomach feeling and raised heart rate. It brought on my asthma which... well, I don't want to think about it.
When a book gets you involved like this you know you're onto something good.

A truly absorbing novel! The story centres on a group of characters trying to establish the link between a pharmaceutical company and the murders of people who coroner's state died two months ago when evidence proves they were actually alive 24hours earlier.
The author has written a story that will suck you in, drawing you inside a situation that will have you ridding your garden of weeds! The end of every chapter hooks you into the next, making it impossible to put down. The characters are easily identifiable and developed seamlessly from the very beginning.
A scarily, thrilling read with a very well thought-out scenario.
...bring on the sequel "The Doom Of The Hollow"...if I'm brave enough!!

From the first page this book will grip you....
A realistic gripping thriller set in highly descriptive prose, the author creates a vivid tale that is both frightening and horrifyingly believable.
It was lovely to read a novel of this calibre set in the UK, especially the places that I have visited - but even if i hadn't the quality of the writing was such that you can really visualise the scenes.
I love thrillers with a twist, so if you do this is definitely for you - I read the book from cover to cover as I couldn't put it down, so am looking forward to the sequel.
